Dr Hugo Meijer

Hugo Meijer is CNRS Research Fellow at the Center for International Studies (CERI) at Sciences Po, Paris. He is also the Founding and Honorary Director of the European Initiative for Security Studies, the largest European network of security studies scholars. Italian, French and Dutch (trinational), his research focuses on the deep history of war and peace and long-term processes of biocultural evolution.
