Strategic Intelligence Analyst at the Czech Technical University (ČVUT–UCEEB), within the Security of Strategic Infrastructure team, and a PhD candidate in Political Science at Charles University. He holds degrees with honours in International Relations and Geography–Development Studies, with additional training in Global Terrorism and Cybersecurity. His work covers hybrid threat mapping affecting EU/NATO, systems resilience, and tabletop exercise scenario design. He developed a vectorial analytical model for hybrid threat classification, presented at ESSC 2026 (Stockholm), jointly organised by NetSec, EISS, and Stockholm University. He has participated in ECPR, ISA, CEISA, CES, and South America-focused conferences at Ludovika University of Public Service (Budapest), conducted teaching mobility at the University of Sarajevo, and lectures on Geopolitics and Security in Latin America at Charles University. His current focus engages critical infrastructure vulnerability, organised crime, great power strategy, and instability dynamics from the Western Hemisphere, bringing disciplinary and geographic perspectives relevant to Europe's defence and strategic autonomy.
