Dr Esra Merve Boztosun-Çalışkan

Dr. Esra Merve Boztosun-Çalışkan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul Medipol University, where she teaches courses on cybersecurity in global politics, international security, foreign policy analysis, and nationalism studies. Her research focuses on cybersecurity governance, digital sovereignty, cyber deterrence and diplomacy, and state-sponsored cyber operations, with a particular emphasis on Turkish foreign policy and the broader geopolitics of cyberspace.
