A skeleton for NetSec members whose institution hosts a Short-Term
Scientific Mission (STSM) visitor. Adapt the wording to your
institution's conventions and put the final letter on institutional
letterhead. Replace every bracketed placeholder before sending. The
visitor attaches the letter to their application on e-COST.
